They have workout DVDs, that's excellent and worth checking > into. hi kerry - ive been a member there for quite a few months now. you pay a flat rate, receive a certain number of dvds per month that are postage paid for returning, and you can have a certain amount rented at one time -- this stuff depends on what plan you subscribe to and how much you pay each month. you keep them as long as you want but realize that the longer you keep a dvd, the more you end up paying for renting it. besides renting fitness dvds (they have tons!!) i also rent tv shows that i missed watching while they were on tv and i get movies for my dh to watch at times. zip is working out really well for me. also, they will allow you to post and say that you have put a dvd into the mail and they will send another one right out without having to wait for the first dvd to arrive back at their warehouse. :*carolyn.
