hi kerry - ive been a member there for quite a few months now. you

pay a flat rate, receive a certain number of dvds per month that are

postage paid for returning, and you can have a certain amount rented

at one time -- this stuff depends on what plan you subscribe to and

how much you pay each month. you keep them as long as you want but

realize that the longer you keep a dvd, the more you end up paying

for renting it. besides renting fitness dvds (they have tons!!) i

also rent tv shows that i missed watching while they were on tv and i

get movies for my dh to watch at times. zip is working out really

well for me. also, they will allow you to post and say that you

have put a dvd into the mail and they will send another one right out

without having to wait for the first dvd to arrive back at their

warehouse.
