Guest guest
Greg: You are so right about his diet, exercise and the weight gainer. My husband has been lifting for about 30 years and is kind of a self fitness guru. When my son first starting exhibiting CMT symptons he was already working out with his dad and using weight gainer. When he went off to college, he started losing weight rapidly when he stopped the weight gainer and stopped working out regularly. His CMT started getting worse also - his foot drop became more severe and he started having more tingling in his feet. Last spring he decided to rededicate himself to his fitness plan and it is amazing how well he is doing. He's gained all the weight back and has better control over his body. He is now of a weight that he has switched to protein shakes rather than weight gainer and is doing very well. His self confidence has taken a boost also because his body looks so fit. Just thought I'd add my two cents on this approach. It works for Luke.
