That's a good question. That's where I wonder about the 1 workout for 1 month thing. I know I had to keep doing the Imax workouts over and over in order to be able to complete them so I'm thinking maybe it is a good thing to do a workout until you get it right and do everything right and right when it starts to become a little bit easy get rid of it and move on to something else.

I wish I could help you on the mats. I've wondered the same thing, but I hear those puzzle mats move around on you and I wouldn't like that.
