Can't wait to hear what you think of Kest. Be warned, his workouts are tough, but so good.

I should have read your email first before I did it. The workout was good, but like you said tough. I wasn't used to holding the poses for so long, I had to take a break with some of them, especially downward facing dog, but I did better than I thought I would, I'm not that flexible. I do feel some aching muscles tonight hopefully they won't interrfer with Slim and Lean tomorrow.

that was the first thing I noticed with his workouts. Once you do the workout a few times, you will be able to hold all those poses. I had to take breaks too when I first started with them so don't feel bad about that. The pose that hurts me the most are those prayer twist poses and the ones where you're in the same position as the prayer twist but you wrap your arms under your legs, those burn and he holds those a while. It takes a lot of mental concentration for me to get through those.

It's amazing how warm you can get just from holding a yoga pose!

I feel like I've done an actual workout when I'm done with one of his routines. You wait until you try "Sweat" that one will getcha.

Yes, his workouts take a lot of mental concentration to make sure you are aligned properly and breathing properly. It's amazing how warm you can get just from holding a yoga pose!

Oh, gee. Now I want his workouts as well. Will it ever end? LOL! I hope not....My DH probably wishes it would. I don't think he understands my obsession with exercise tapes/DVD's. LOL!

Yes, I see that! LOL! I was so excited when I found out...my poor DH I'm sure with each exercise tape/DVD that comes into the house he thinks that's the last one, of course I couldn't need anymore, right?
