The best thing I ever did for the " tiredness " was to start exercising.

I started slow. First, walked across the street. Then did that a couple

of times. Then started walking 1/2 block. Then 1 block. Then 1/2 mile,

then 1 mile, everyday. Then I'd do the same routine on my bike. Some of

this was flat terrain, some up a hill towards home. I discovered that

exercise fought off the " tiredness " which, in my case was really masked

as depression.
