What do you have your kids do while you are trying to workout?

Hi my name is Grace. I am new to the group.

I have the drive, determination, and love to workout. And I really

like the videos I use. They seem to be really effective for me when I

get the chance to do them. My struggle is that I get frustrated very

easily when my twin 2 yr old boys interupt my work out. I loose my

rythm and I can feel my heart rate going down and my body cooling

down, making my workout less effective.

I end up taking care of what ever they need, then rewinding the video

a little bit to try to get me back where I should be heart ratewise.

Then it takes longer to get the work out in and it is much less

effective, I feel.

Has anyone tried the Mommy and Me workouts? I heard of them years

ago. This seems to be a possible solution to my dilema, but I can't

seem to find them anywhere.

Any ideas or suggestions would be a great help.
