- Sunday- Step Heaven

Hi ,

I love that first part of Step Heaven - I need to

schedule it again soon.......I can't do Stage 2 and

I've only done Stage 3 once or twice - still, I hold

on to it b/c like Stage 1 so much.

I'm sorry to hear about your knee problems. Have you

had them checked out by a doctor? I hate to be a

" mother hen " but you should have it evaluated -

sometimes bracing the knee isn't the right treatment

depending on what the injury/issue is - and I would

hate to see you do more harm than good.......
