- Sept Rotation (Ripped)

Hi !

I think that was the plan, to start with cardio on

Friday the 1st. However, it is going to make me

change my rest/stretch day to Thursdays for September.

I'm not sure how that is going to work for me as I

tend to take one of those " active recovery " days on

Saturday or Sunday so I can sleep in. I guess I can

start with it as planned and then if I really struggle

to workout both weekend days I can just modify it so

that it suits my schedule better. I will say, by

taking a rest/stretch day on Thursday, I'll be more

likely to do something 7 days per week as I will

likely still get up early on Thursdays to do my

stretch workout whereas on the weekends, I tend to

just sleep in and skip it....so it may be a good

thing...I guess I'll see how it works...you take your

rest day on Saturday, too, don't you ?

I guess we can vote on it! LOL!
