Hello Joana,

Thank you for your email. I have been told even when doctors say your levels of

B12 are high, we still may need it. I can listen to my body and when my balance

is off...I know I need a B12 injection. Regarding the Bi-Pap, it is used at

night to help me breathe and to expel carbon dioxide from my body. My diaphragm

started to deteriorate in 1997 and I was sent to a sleep lab because I was so

tired and would be a bit nausea and have headaches in the morning sometimes. I

don't think very many people with CMT are affected by the diaphragm, but I may

find out differently on this site.

Have a nice evening,

Kay

Hi ,

Thanks again! I did not know about this B12 thing ..neither about bi-pap...I

hope you are better now. Are you?

I too many times in the morning feel tired, and I wake up and go

back to bed again...I feel in my muscles when I did not sleep enough

somehow. I am like a owl...love the nights and in the morning I love

to sleep until late.I know it may be bad but I have been like that

since young age. Feel free to email me anytime Kay!

Take Care and Have A WONDERFUL DAY!

Jo

Hello Jo,

Thank you for your email, and support!

I'm glad the information on B12, and Bi-pap helped. Yes, I am getting better.

I started reading, " The Makers Diet " , and I'm trying to follow it. I'll let you

know if it helps.

Have a wonderful day too!

Kay
