Excellent calorie burn Carolyn. Great idea on the triceps pushups. I like those, but I think I could get a better burn by doing the french press instead of the pushup. I was really happy that I was able to do all the pushups on my toes this time too (not the triceps ones)

I'd kind of like to get my workout done tomorrow as well so I can rest all day on Sunday, but that would make me working out 7 days straight.... not sure on that one. I'll probably just stick with resting tomorrow.

i did RTTC this morning too michelle, as per our rotation. i was

swearing at jari today! LOL

i didnt eat breakfast first and that is why... my fault, not hers. i

started bright and early (for me!) at 8:15am.

before i started though, i did '10 minute solution:kickbox

bootcamp:basic training' with keli roberts. a nice 10 minute

kickboxing warmup. after RTTC i did cathe's 'stretch max:segment

1'... a good 20 min stretch, half done standing, half done on the

floor. im so glad that you are back to feeling 100% and got a better

workout today.

i upped my weights a bit here and there... using 8's for the 'warmup'

(squat/lunge) and for the deadlifts... other places as well, but i

dont have my notes in front of me to list them. oh well. man,

those squats off of the step with the shoulder raises are a killer!!

i started out with 5's but had to drop to 3's. for triceps, i

chose to do the french press with a 10 instead of the triceps pushups

and then used a 5 for the kickback/leg raise thingy. will do the

triceps pushups next week, im alternating the pushups and french

press. after doing the whole workout, i must say that im glad that

jari doesnt spend alot of time on abs at the end. wheew! also she

really does not stretch long enough, or thoroughly enough... watch

out for that and make sure that you get your own stretch/yoga done!

I also feel like I'm tighter all over, too. I hope it

shows - I got a scary look at my behind today getting

into the shower - why can't I have a new a$$! (i

guess if I cleaned up my diet that would probably go a

long way towards getting one!)

Great calorie burn . Congratulations on upping your weights.

These lists are so motivating, I haven't done my wo yet and didn't really feel like it, but now that I'm reading about every one else's workouts I feel like getting down there and giving it my all!

Hi,

This morning I did Ripped To The Core. This was the second time doing this workout and I enjoyed it much better, especially considering I was sick last week at this time.

I upped my weights and went with mostly 12 lb dumb bells, but stuck with 3's for those dreaded squats off the step and 5's for the triceps kickback/leg raise combo.

I burned a little less calories this time, but still very happy....319 calories and was in the zone 43 minutes.

LOL! I hope I can be as tough as Jari is some day, she looks awesome!

My DD was looking at my DVD's and she showed my DH and said look at

her stomach! She promptly bought Slim and Lean off eBay and I bought

another original DVD so she could keep the one I lent her. I hope she

likes them.
