Thursday's workout - Firm

Today was another Firm day. I went with Firm Tough Tape and Firm More 5 Day abs Day One (from Better Body and Buns). Oh my goodness all those high step ups! It's something like 59 on each leg! My legs were jello by the time I was done with all of them plus the lunges. A good way to start the day though.

I think if you too much stepping and don't stretch it might build up your butt, but that's popular right now anyway!

oh yeah.... this one is full of leg presses. I really like the workout because of Long, but I HATE those things. I heard someone say once that too many of them will give you a big butt. For some reason, whether it's true or not, it has stuck in my head lol

Oh no, there is plenty of upper body work. They use dumbells and a barbell throughout.

I think I need to do 5000 of these a day. My butt responds to nothing. It belongs on someone who doesn't workout like I do! It really needs help :) Sorry if you guys are drawing visuals...LOL..Darcy

Yep - I have standing legs as well. That is a real killer. I sometimes combine that with Firm Upper Body so I am totally fried!

Great workout Kathy.

I love Tough Tape, but those lunges are a killer, aren't they, you think you'll never be done. Do you have Standing Legs? That is an intense one as well.

Yikes, I'd be lying on the floor completely useless if I tried to combine those two!

Yep - I have standing legs as well. That is a real killer. I sometimes combine that with Firm Upper Body so I am totally fried!
