Today I have seen my doctor and he found that my muscles are improving somehow. Well, I must to say that since I started to go to the pool and gym three to four times a week my energy got better! I never have much muscles anyway, and just a month ago I started to feel my arms getting stronger and my legs is also better , does not shake much as before. Remember that no so long ago I was talking about the jelly legs feeling and pain? Well, those feelings improved too...and I really will keep you informed about my future progress hopefuly. My doctor though that exercises proved to be very good for us without a doubt...and for my surprise even my biceps are getting bigger too... So far I am taking Vit C and Vit E , Alpha Lipoic Acid, Magnesium Glycinate, Maca, Ashwaganda, Manuka Honey, Blackstrap Mollasses... and regarding those supplements my doctor did not make much comments.
