Sunday's workout - Janis Saffell

Today I went with Janis Saffell's Brand New Butt and More to really work the lower half of my body. My arms were a bit tired from the prior two days so this fit the bill. I used my 2.5 pound ankle weights and my 8lb hand weights during the workout and really felt the work. A very nice lower body workout with some decent upper body work as well.

hi kathy! i have this one too and i like it. the voice-over is a

bit late, but ::oh well::

i agree that the scenery is very nice! i just got her beverly hills

yoga dvd, looking forward to doing it.

Isn't it funny how we get so used to exercise that we feel funny if we don't exercise and end up working out on our rest days? Good workout, a nice one after Get Ripped.
