Guest guest
Ill go first since I wrote. Lol. I like tae-bo so far mainly because he is so supportive without being cheesy. I've also loved how my shape has changed. He incorporates strenght with cardio in short bursts. Its hard to find one of his workouts that goes beyond ultimate. Once you conquer his hard ones it can get boring, but its still a good workout IMO. [sixlilfeet05@...] wrote: Hi all. I count my hours but never count my total calories burned for the week, I need to start doing that. Anyway, about Yes, he is really easy on the eye and YES he holds those down dogs long.... that was the first thing I noticed when I first done his workout. I want to hear what you think once you did the whole workout. I'm upping my weight for Ripped tomorrow, it was too easy for me last time. I know I will be frying and asking myself why I chose heavier weight lol

Guest guest
I don't have just one favorite, but I'm a big fan of Cathe's and of 's older tae-bo stuff (his more recent things aren't as intense). There are so many instructors and videos out there that I bet it's hard to pick just one favorite. > > In a message dated 9/10/2006 12:49:22 P.M. Guest guest
My favorite right now is Fiesta Fitness Dance with Giselle Roque de Escobar. I'm not much into kickboxing type workouts unless things are going really bad at my job . I've liked Giselle since the first Zumba tapes (she was Beto's translator/assistant) Giselle makes everything very clear and the dances are fun and interesting. My other favorite DVD is Cathe's Basic Step. Mainly because it's getting me back to normal fast! Anne Holly wrote: Hi all. Guest guest
Cathe has many dvds out. She does everything from kickboxing to step to strength training and all inbetween! She's just an excelelnt instrutor and her videos are aimed at the intermediate/advanced exerciser. If you go to www.cathe.com you will see all of her DVDs out. Good luck! Let us know what you decide :)DarcyOn 9/11/06, Holly <sixlilfeet05@...> wrote: Cathe definitely. Otherwise I really like Mindy Mylrea too..... **What do you like about cathes workout? Guest guest
I like Cathe's weight work. It is no nonsense, push yourself to the end. She gives encouragement and helpful hints without being overly perky. She also is very inspiring - she has nice muscle tone and is using decent weights (so it isn't like some where the very fit instructor pretends to be working it with 5 pound weights). I personally don't care too much for her step work. Why? Because I am choreography challenged - it took me months to learn Low Max and I still trip over my feet in sections. But it is intense if you are great at complex step work. I have the Gym Style series and I love them. My next Cathe will either be Slow and Heavy or Pyramid Upper and Lower Body. Cathe definitely. Otherwise I really like Mindy Mylrea too..... **What do you like about cathes workout? What type of workout is it? Would you go into more detail for me. Guest guest
My favourite Firm is Vol. 4 - Time Crunch (my first), my favorite yoga workout to date is Precision Yoga, my favorite cardio workout is the second step workout on Cathe's the total cardio step DVD. I see now that there is a stretching segment on here that I could be doing. I totally forgot about it. I also love the Get Ripped workouts. Slim and Lean is my favourite so far, lots of room for improvement on that one. I did RTTC today and enjoyed that one as well. Kerry > Hi all. Guest guest
Holly, Actually my wife and I do the Tae Bo Ultimate Series, which is a mixture of scenes from old workouts (around 1999 I think). Any of the ultimate series DVD's are tougher than his more recent stuff I think. I really like Cathe's Kick,Punch & Crunch and her Kick Max. But Kick Max is still too tough even for me in some spots. > > > > In a message dated 9/10/2006 12:49:22 P.M.
