2nd week report

Two weeks into my recovery exercise routine and I'm really pleased! Things are progressing well! I decided to do Cathe Freidrich's Basic Step two days, another DVD or video one day, then back to Basic Step for two days. So since last Thursday, I've done: last Thursday: Basic Step, 15 min walkFriday: Basic Step, 20 min walkSaturday: 35 minutes on glider using Video Hiker videoSunday: Basic Step, 40 min walk Monday: Basic Step, 10 min work on stability ball with light weights, mostly lower bodyTuesday: Sansome two mile walk, 15 min ab work using on-demand cable (it's an old video, I think Total Body Fitness but I'm not sure)Wednesday: Basic Step (I had to raise the step! Yay!)Today: Basic Step, and I'll be taking a 40 min walk later on. All in all, doing pretty good! I'll probably just stay with what I'm doing at least for the first part of next month, I don't want to overload and maybe land back in the hospital. My dr. wants me to concentrate on dynamic exercise, whatever that is. Anne Anne
