I really think the yoga has helped (I thank my legs for working so hard)! I should do a little foot massage to reward my feet for such a good job, too. My Asics are like running on air. I love them! I hope my mom or MIL will be there to take photos at the race. If they turn out okay I will post it here. My dh is going to do it too:) It would be cooler if I would practice my meditation on a regular basis. It is really hard to get into a routine with it. But I do what I can.
