Guest guest Posted August 3, 2006 Report Share Posted August 3, 2006 I finally got around to trying Kest's "energize" video and I really like his way of leading a class, though I could do with a few less down and up dogs. LOL My carpal tunnel is much better since I've been doing yoga for four years, but it still complains after 92 up and down dog poses. I certainly feel I've had a good yoga workout. I was afraid at first that it was going to be too long, but even though it was about an hour, it didn't feel like it. Now I'm looking forward to the other two tapes.
