Hey Gretchen,

You are welcome for sharing. Thank you for all you have done over the

last seven years in reference to the list and emailing me when I have a

problem or listening when I need support for CMT issues. You are a great access

to the people and they should know of all your hard work and dedication. I

believe someone should give you an award for your efforts and dedication. Not

everyone understands what goes on behind the scenes of being a

moderator--it is hard work especially when you have to deal with some

challenging issues that affect you also. We should all appreciate Gretchen,

people like her are hard to come by. A true dedicated moderator, without

her we

would not have this list. Nor we would have the information at our finger tips.
