This is a list of the Aquatic Exercises I do for CMT management. I

have some others to add and later will place that list in our FILES

as well. When Deni and I can collaborate on this, I'll add that too.

Trunk Rotation (with Barbell)

Push Ups

Abdominal Crunch

Side Abdominal Crunch

Arms Through The Water (Front, Back, Side to Side, Circles, etc)

Standing Row (With Thera-Tube)

Hamstring Curls

Bicep Curls (With Thera-Tube)

Side Leg Lifts

Leg Swing-Throughs

Step Ups

Jogging With Push-Downs

Half-Jacks

Heel Raises

Bicycling

Skipping

Salsa Dance

Hop

Scissors

Toe Raises

Slow Walk With Arm Swing

Fast Walk With Arm Swing

Triceps Press (With Barbell)

Triceps Kickbacks

Bent-Over Rows

Squats

One Leg Squats

Wide Leg Squats

Side Lunges (Alternate Legs)

Forward Lunges (Alternate Legs)

I was so excited to learn about the aquatic exercises that I went out

and joined a gym that offers Aqua Fitness. Yes, thank you Gretchen. I

start Thursday.
