Guest guest
It's a nice, very basic workout. I found it wasn't really challenging enough for me so I finally sold it on YaYa's a month ago. It has 3 cardio, 1 cardio/weight workout, 1 upper workout, 1 lower body workout, a 20 minutes basic pilates and 20 minute basic yoga workout. It also comes with a stability ball. I did like it but found I only did the yoga and circuit workout so I just took the money and ran. Parts of it have kickboxing in it too. are all of the workouts on separate dvds within the kit? if so then i will make a note to look for this one on the VF swap. > The strength series is HOT! This is the best " chunk " of the series right on! thankyou for this info, laura! i will add them to the wish list. > The pilates and yoga ones in my opinion are lame. However, they make good add-ons. i already have her other yoga and pilates workouts, so i will just stick with those then. > Shamefully, I've never done the walking/jogging workout on the cd, but > I'd like to! I've heard it's good! actually, ive done this one! i copied donna's (thanks again donna!). i thought that it was good... i have used kathy smith's other walking audios and think that they are great too. > Hope this helps, Cola Pop!! it helps a ton!! thanks pinky! you rock! :*carolyn.
