It's a nice, very basic workout. I found it wasn't really challenging enough for me so I finally sold it on YaYa's a month ago. It has 3 cardio, 1 cardio/weight workout, 1 upper workout, 1 lower body workout, a 20 minutes basic pilates and 20 minute basic yoga workout. It also comes with a stability ball. I did like it but found I only did the yoga and circuit workout so I just took the money and ran.

about $53 (incl shipping). if it were $40, id probably go for

it...heehee.

beachbody has done away with all of their coupon codes and are

throwing periodic sales instead -- currently they have P:U discounted

by 15%. one can still also use ebates.com for another 15%. man, we

used to get some awesome deals by using multiple coupon codes at

beachbody, but they finally wised up.

LOLOL! i do not workout if super sick or hung over... so, then,

you are saying that this workout is useless... LOL.

are all of the workouts on separate dvds within the kit? if so then

i will make a note to look for this one on the VF swap.

right on! thankyou for this info, laura! i will add them to the

wish list.

i already have her other yoga and pilates workouts, so i will just

stick with those then.

actually, ive done this one! i copied donna's :) (thanks again

donna!). i thought that it was good... i have used kathy smith's

other walking audios and think that they are great too.

oh, just one more question about the strength workouts...

i see that there is an upper body/abs workout, along with a lower

body/abs workout.

personally, i thought that the backgrounders in project you made

quite a few comments from the peanut gallery. they all have

microphones and say things like 'that was great', 'this is fun',

'this feels good' and let out some moans, groans and woo's. it

depends on what kind of mood im in as to if this bothers me or not.

there is a guy who counts reps though and he doesnt bug me... it

is just the other people who really have no reason to talk.
