I don't mind starting on the 1stand if I end up falling off the wagon on the weekendsI can just re-schedule then or we can start on Sundaythe 3rd if that works best for everyone? it doesn't matter to me. If starting on Sunday would work better for everyone then I'm up for it. If we start on the 1st then that will work for me too, I will just skip Saturday and pick back up on Sunday. I've been reading the Cathe forums and there is a lot of talk about the Ripped workouts. One person said they are seeing great results with them, but they are kind of putting Ripped down a little, saying it is more of a beginner workout, I really don't find that to be true. I'd like for all of to be able to do the same ones so we can compare progress. Maybe not the same cardio workouts, but it would be fun to see what weights we all use. So Sunday we begin!!! can't wait!!!

HOw about we start on Sunday this way I can keep my " sleep in " day on Saturday? does that work for everyone? So, we start with Cardio right? This is what I have: Cardio Plus Abs/Yoga Ripped Plus Stretching Cardio Plus abs/yoga Ripped Plus Stretching Cardio Plus Abs/Yoga Ripped Plus Stretching Stretch/Yoga/Rest How does that sound? What are you guys doing for cardio? I'm just going to mix it up with step, hi/lo, kickboxing and maybe an interval workout thrown into the mix as I get brave. Take care! I wore my HRM the last time I did S & L and I burned almost 300 calories so I think we will be fine without having to add any extra cardio. I haven't done RTTC yet so I don't about that one, but they are all high endurance workouts so it should feel like, if nothing else, a low cardio workout at times. So Sunday the 3rd will be cardio, right? and then one of the Ripped workouts Monday? Just let me know which Ripped workout to start with. I'm not sure how we should order S & L and RTTC....I gues we can just toss a coin or something! Guest guest
That sounds like a plan - Ripped, S & L and RTTC... I think my Sunday cardio will be lighter (since I tend to stay up later on weekends than during the week) and I'll try to up my cardio intensity on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm looking forward to this!! :> Donna --- fitgrl222@... wrote: > > In a message dated 8/25/2006 8:03:37 A.M.
