Guest guest
Dayla, In my case, Yes, you bet, my shoe inserts which I call " in shoe orthotics " are the best. I've had 'em for about 10 years now, once a year I go in for a check up, to see how they are wearing and if any adjustments need to be made. Mine were $300, with a prescription from my Internist, my insurance paid their 80% of that. Well worth it. I am very active and on my feet alot and these help so much. Definitely look into them. Not the store bought ones, but ones that are especially made for your son's feet: the orthotist should watch him walk, take measurements, do some molds, etc. It is very important to get the right orthotist. It is also important to wear the right shoes with the orthotics too. New Balance and my orthotics make a great combo! ~ Gretchen
