Guest guest Posted August 29, 2006 Report Share Posted August 29, 2006 Well I agree that she should of had a cool-down but I can understand why she wouldn't do a warm up because she is assuming that people are following the PROJECT YOU program and all ready did the cardio from it..... Anyway, you know now so you can add a short warm up and cool-down to it Jen P.S. If I don't make sense it's cuz I got home from my cruise at 12:30am on Monday morning and didn't leave the airport until 2 AM because the airlines LOST MY LUGGAGE! I finally got it back later on Monday but WOW what a hassle...my poor Mom and her friend had to wait in the car for me and my friend to come out..... Anyway, you know now so you can add a short warm > up and cool-down to it just to be clear on this one.... kathy smith does include a cooldown on this upper body workout... but does not include a warmup. michelle had responded to my post and said that cathe friedrich didnt include a cooldown on some of her workouts, so that is what i was commenting on as far as cooldowns go. :*carolyn.
