I think going back to work after only one week did not help this situation. The first time I stayed out for 7 weeks. I do have a desk job but it does involve alot of getting up and down. (Inventory Control) After 5 weeks of showing no healing my doctor took me out for the next 8 weeks now I am back to work with a cam walker on my foot and try to stay put as much as I can. I live in Pa. and I try to stay as warm as possible. I am going to continue to heat my foot with the cosy soles and a heating pad before and after each treatment.
