Guest guest
, I also have this happen occassionally. Sometimes it even happens when I am just sitting still and not doing anything. At work when I am at my computer suddenly my legs will jerk. It is really weird. Missy

Guest guest
Missy, I'm going to discuss it with my doctor next week. I'm really hoping for some for some positive input from her. Are your leg muscles sore the next morning?
Guest guest
, Sometimes they are, but not always. Sometimes I wake up and feel like I have not slept at all. It must be from moving so much at night. Missy
Guest guest
Joana, Thank you for the information. It is very interesting. I will have to check with my doctor about this. Do you know if this could be CMT related? Missy Please visit our current poll and give us your feedback on using Vitamins and Supplements for CMT. Guest guest
Missy, I have no idea. I have a friend who has it but does not have CMT. One day she was talking to me regrding this symptoms...and then I started to look at the internet and found this RLS...there are quite a lot of sites on it at google.com I think it would better idea to talk to your doctor before anything. Could be related to CMT. I do not know! I really wish you all the best Missy! Take Care Joana Please visit our current poll and give us your feedback on using Vitamins and Supplements for CMT. Guest guest
Hi - I have leg jerks at night as well but not that often. More often at night, I have what I call " achy legs " where I bascially feel like I have to stretch my legs out... but it does not seem to help that much. I asked my neurologist about this and if it was CMT of Restless Leg Syndrome. He did not think it was RLS but also could not confirm that it was solely from CMT either. So I now am sort of just trying to figure out if it may related to being " overtired " or even perhaps under-hydrated and I need to drink more water.
