Joyce:

Glad to know someone else experiences more pain when it is storming

or is about to storm. My husband says it's all in my head.

Actually, it's mostly in my hands! LOL! Here lately I can hardly

type or use my hands to grip anything because I feel like I have

severe arthritis. Which I don't have, so it must be my CMT. It has

been hot, humid and rainy here in central Arkansas for the last

couple of weeks and I'm about to go nuts. It's not bothering my

legs too much which is weird because I've always thought most of my

CMT symptoms are in my legs.

I haven't been for an evaluation in about 10 years, so maybe it's time I visit

my trusty neuro doc to see what's up. Not that she can do anything about it

except confirm what I already suspect. Somedays this disease is such a trip.

Just when I find a good brace and really start getting around better

(after about 20 years), now my hands want to get in on the action!!

Oh well, I guess it could be worse. At least I'm still moving.

What are you taking for the pain? I've been using Naproxen because

it doesn't have any real side effects and I can still go to work on

it. But it doesn't seem to work for very long and I'm getting

worried about my stomach.
