Guest guest Posted July 22, 2005 Report Share Posted July 22, 2005 Hi all, I just finished reviewing the many posts from when my wife and I were in Alaska. We got to meet fellow CMT person, , and her family. We had a great time. Northwest Airlines and Celebrity Cruises are to be commended for their extra efforts (while not making me feel they were making extra efforts). In general, we had the most wonderful time and this would have been true, even without my limitations. My scooter got all the way from Indiana to Alaska and back. The only damage occured when I lost control on a ramp and hit a gangway on a riverboat. Messed up my basket some. Upset the captain a little. Alaska Airlines got my scooter okay, but asked a multitude of questions. I'll let tell you her story, if she chooses. Good to be back. As always, the posts are very informative and inspiring.
