Guest guest
I recently was browsing through TV channels when I fell upon one of those shopping shows that throw all sorts of " medical marvels " into society face. However, my attention was caught, as they were selling an " inversion board " that would allow an individual to hang from their feet as a means to stretch out their body and relieve the daily compressive stress on joints from gravity. I'm am interested in finding out what effects on the connective tissues in the body could derive from the addition of such loading on a daily basis. If anyone could comment on how this could affect the strength, stability, density, ect... of connective tissues, it would be much appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, ph M.
