I love planks too . I do them w/ every workout w/ my client. I change up everything else, but I'm always consistent w/ planks. She does great w/ them and I can see improvement already.Darcy

This morning I did Slow & Heavy chest. Then did the planks and the abs from biceps & triceps. When I started doing the workout this morning I realized that I guess I am a little sore in the lat area. I noticed this after the first set of chest presses when we were stretching.

I love the planks, they make me feel like my entire body is tightening up. I really need to do those more often.
