Guest guest
Chuck: Can we break this work out down further? Can we describe some of these exercises a bit better? A rebound push up.....are we leaving the ground and catching on the way down? What isometrics are we using, and for how long? Meaning each rep. What is a Russian Lunge? Double bounce?? This would help a great deal if you guys could break down each exercise and tell the added benefits behind them. Thanks for posting it, we have been waiting a long time for this! Dr Siff....like it or no? Once again, Chuck, thanks for the post, but am looking forward to some more explanation of all the generalities. Are we building Max. strength/ Speed strength... Explosiveness? [This very general and sketchy program with no description of what anything really means or how each exercise should be done does not allow anyone to offer any fair opinion of its value for any purpose whatsoever. Do you gain the impression that this information may have been kept as vague and general as possible so that no " secrets " would be given away? By contrast, read some of the detailed workouts provided by Louie and others on the Internet. They know that it takes far more than a program to make their " secrets " work. Maybe Jay Schroeder would love to come out of his lurking mode on this list to answer your questions, without relying on Chuck to act as intermediary. Guest guest
I believe one of the biggest crimes in life is not sharing knowledge with other people. Why hide it? Are we here to teach and coach or keep secrets? If something is good, share it with people and it will become great. If something were bad, I would hope you would let people know that, too! When I have casual conversations with people of vast intelligence, I often wonder why they do not share their ideas more.....the world would be a lot better place. I was listening to Loren Seagrave speak a few weeks ago and he said learning was so hard because no one wants to share their information. It makes no sense to me. Come on out Jay, you have fans that want to know. Look at Dr. Siff and all these other great minds - why should any of us separate ourselves form the family of Coaches and strength trainers. Enough with the egos! Let's get into some heavy talk! Dan Fichter NY ------------------------- Dan Fichter <djtrigger2002@y... >wrote: Chuck: <Can we break this work out down further?
