Guest guest Posted July 19, 2006 Report Share Posted July 19, 2006 Hi Everyone, 3rd day in a row - schedule called for cardio and lower body. I went with Christi Hi/Lo Heaven, State 1 which is the first 25 minutes. I can follow the choreography pretty well on this one. I think I can do stage 2 and 3, but I rarely do, for some reason. I think it may be too many turns for my taste. Afterwards, I did Minna's 1 Minute workout. I went with a level 1(for some unknown reason, my legs are REALLY sore - I'm not sure why - was it burn & Firm and Pilates yesterday? Was it the stairs I climbed at work? Was it the three week lay off?) Anyway, I wasn't really sure what the difference is between Level 1 and 2 - since you can chose heavier weights to make it harder. This particular routine was 18 minutes long and alternated standing work (squats, lunges, variations on lunges and squats) and floor work - some Pilates inspired, some bridge work, etc.) I really do like the variety on this DVD - Tomorrow is a cardio day, I think I'll go with either Kari or Christi and then I think I'll add on a 30 minute yoga or stretch session. I'm sore this week. Oh, I also did T-Tapp's " basic " workout this morning as a warm-up. Hope everyone has a great day!
