Question about Low Max

its like IMAX but in low impact form. instead of 10 blasts their are 7 step/blast intervals total. all of its low impact and a little trickier to follow. the blasts,instead of jumping, are all low impact meant to target the lower body so you will do sumo squats, side squats into back lunges off the step, and side lunges into side kicks as a few examples. its also a little longer at 72 mins.but this one has really great euro-dance music to it and to me it just makes it more fun. one of the interavls has a little tricky step sweep move, i can't really explain you have to try it out to know what i mean, but that is more trickier move in the whole work. plus there are bunch of premixes for doing only half the intervals, step only, blast only, and i think there was one more but i am not sure. hope that helps. kassiaStacey Brennan-Melvin <billsgirl93@...> wrote: Hi!
