Patient temporarily in Hunt Valley, land

Hello all,

I have a pt who is going to have surgery with us, and she started her required preop 3 month supervised weight management in September. Her job then required her to work in Hunt Valley, land for 30-45 days (where she is currently), and she has had trouble finding a dietitian who could see her for her October visit (seeing as they have to be consecutive). She doesn't want to have to start all over again when she gets back, and she even said she is willing to fly down here just for her Oct. visit (we have her "tentatively" scheduled for Oct. 28)...I was wondering if anyone worked in the area or even close to it (I'm sure she wouldn't mind driving an hour or 2 vs. flying down here) that could see her by the end of the month....I could even send you a copy of the form I use.

Hi Dana, I would be happy to try & accommodate her if u cannot find anyone else. I am in downtown Washington DC, which is a good hour to 1.5 hrs from her location, depending on traffic.
