Guest guest
hi diane, I cook the oats first with a bit less than the recommended water- personal preference as I like chewy oats-and then after it's cooked I add the whey powder-stir to mix thoroughly, and then lastly add my milk. I nuke it in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes-times vary. It looks goopy until the milk hits it-but the protein gives it more flavor and a bit of milk makes it creamy rather than gluey. after I eat this in the AM I have to *force* my next meals as I am never hungry!! teresa > > > >I cook my instant oats with water and add a scoop of vanilla whey > >powder and a scant 1/4 cup of 1% milk to it-stir together and it > >tastes great...like a thick vanilla pudding! > >Butter buds sound good too....I miss my butter. > > G > > ---------- > > > > No virus found in this outgoing message. > Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. > Version: 7.1.375 / Virus Database: 267.15.10/262 - Release Date: 2/16/2006 > > >

Guest guest
I remember meeting who used to post on the group a long time ago, she was a tiny little lady, I wouldn't be surprised if she weighed less than 100, she was probably about 5' tall. Seems to me so many people with autism I meet are either unusually small/short or unusually tall and/or big. Some are a happy middle, but not many, at least the ones I meet. I to wish she would be to have stayed of here. but I to not be to know of the size things but then some of the visuals of those in my areas are of average looking peoples but then there are of some who are of much short and not big peoples and some are of very thin and tall. As for self I to be of 5.1 and weigh around 125 or so. I to been of gaining and losing back and forth much so for a year now but for a time was of only gaining and usually with a gain of around 5 pounds a year for around 3 years. I to use to weigh of much so around 110-112 for years but when I to getted of married i to weighed of 103/ But my missy is of 5.2 and weighs of around 105 or so and she is of age of 15 so she is of more like her fathers side of the family as far as teh girls are of large boned and husky sort of girls. she is of not that way but since she is of bigger and developed early in compare to me and Aimee I to feel she will be of more like her daddys family than of me but she is of much to look like of me as a teen girl at the hair and face some. sondra

Guest guest
Hi Katy, Im no doc, but if the Cobb could be at 39 I would seek a firm RVAD # from an experienced Early Treatment w/ EDF/Mehta casting Center of Excellence, and go from there. I would also recommend taking pics of Lucy (front & back). Pics can be so helpful in comparing weekly progression or hopefully resolution w/out exposing to more radiation. They are also great visual aids for the docs. I was lucky enough to find a daycare that was fabulous in caring for Livvi in casts. I hope you can too! Good luck! HRH Hi there, my daughter Lucy has two diagnoses that conflict. Guest guest
Hi, I was stumped today by 2 questions: 1) use of B12 patch after surgery and 2) quality of alfalfa protein. I tried searching on line but can’t find much info beyond the marketing stuff. So, does anyone know if B12 is effective in patch form and what the PDCA of alfalfa protein is??
