Guest guest
I am researching the different bariatric vitamin companies and spoke to a representative from Vita4Life who explained to me why the malate chelate form of calcium was superior or the citrate form and why this is the only form they sell. According to the ADA and other resources I have found, citrate is what I see recommended the most and definitely over carbonate. He also stated that due to the form, there was no interference with the iron chelate absorption. Can anyone speak to this or provide me with literature that would be helpful. Thank you!
