BCBS of IL policy change (TX, OK, and NM)

Just sending out an FYI. On 2/1/12 the new BCBS of Illinois policy will go into effect. I believe this BCBS policy is also the same in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. They dropped the 6 month pre op medically supervised diet.
