Guest guest
Hello All, We recently converted to documenting all of our notes in an electronic medical record. The format prior to this did not correlate with the nutrition care process. I am finding that I am using the same diagnoses with patients and was curious what most of you are using as a dx for post operative patients. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
