Guest guest
I think probably both Saul and I would suggest brewers yeast as the best natural supernutrient especially vitamin B source. It qualifies as a liquid ionic natural organic supplement when you wet it; many people use it in smoothies. Brewers yeast not being allowed in a candida diet is a " candida myth " we have busted on the candidaisis group; live yeast is usually part of a commercial anti-candida protocol for good reason as it tends to outcompete candida. I think one of the best liquids is Vemma: http://www.vemma.ca/vemma.html When I investigated its predecessor ((Whatever) - Plus Essentials) I found lab work that showed it had nine to eleven times the mangostins in it, more antioxidants and more minerals etc than the highly-touted Mangosteen. Guest guest
You could also look into the nutraMetrix products. They are only sold by medical professionals and are not found in stores, but it is likely that a local practitioner does sell them. Look at their website and look for a local rep. We use their multi w/out iron and calcium complete. Nutritionally yours, Majumdar RD LDN Sinai Hospital of Baltimore
