Hi all!My name is Dohrman from College Station, TX. I work for one of the local hospitals doing a variety of things, including the rehab hospital, a medical unit, teaching diabetic classes & working with the bariatric program. I am pretty much the only bariatric dietitian in town & am self teaching as I go along. I'm very excited to have this opportunity to talk with other dietitians who are more experienced. I'm finding that the biggest issue so far with our patients is the plateau--any suggestions? We see mostly gastric sleeve patients & a few bypass, very few bands. I'm also still trying to figure out how many calories are appropriate at different times post op.I'm really looking forward to having access to this group! Dohrman, RD,
