I am in the process of creating a clinical pathway "draft" to submit to our surgeons for diagnosing and treating micronutrient deficiencies post WLS and was wondering if anyone had a copy of one your facility uses they could send to me. I am trying to figure out the best layout possible to make it easy to read, yet contain all the vital information. Thanks!
