Basically you calculate an amino acid score for each of the IAAs using the IAA amino acid profile from the manufacturer and the reference pattern published in WHO Report and DRI Book on Protein. Next determine the most limiting IAA that is < 100%, then multiply that number by the digestibility factor. These numbers are also published in DRI for Protein book. Most protein supplements are 95-99% digestible. For more detailed instructions refer to references below.
