Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH has a comprehensive program

where she could receive follow-up. The contact number is 603-650-7913. There

is also a program at Fletcher- in Burlington.

I have a patient who is moving to Cabot, Vermont. She is hoping to find a

bariatric support group she can attend nearby and/or a program she can move her

care to for her lap band. If anyone is near Cabot or Montpelier (or even

Burlington) that would be great.
