I work in a very busy Wt Management clinic and with a high standard of care ( I know we all do). Currently I see7- 9 pts in a morning and 17 follow up pts in an afternoon. I also do all my own administrative tasks, including numerous chart checks, reminder phone calls and all my own filing. How does your day look? Just as busy? Does your program have an guidelines for RD pt care vs non-pt care time. How much time are you given to update the program materials, for example, I need to write a renal update for our band manual.
