Question re: osteitis Condensans ILII

Have any of you ever had a female patient 40ish ; children are grown, (so no pregnancies for at least 15 yrs) In a recent auto accident, where osteitis condensans ilii is found?

I've seen it in women of child bearing age, with a somewhat recent pregnancy in their history. But not on a woman in her 40's who has not had children for so long.

Any ideas? Do you see this condition post MVA without pregnancy?
