Guest guest Posted May 14, 2005 Report Share Posted May 14, 2005 what are people's thoughts on working out on a free day? i've read a few places saying it's great and should be done for " optimal " fat loss, and on other places saying that your body needs a day to rest and etc. (i'm trying to stick with the opinion that i should just rest today, as i was feeling pretty burned out and was looking forward to it...although there's that voice saying 'MUST BURN OFF CRAP YOU'VE EATEN TODAY!')
