Guest guest
For those of you who provide post-op group classes, 1. At what intervals do you offer the classes post-op? (ie., 2 weeks, 3 months, etc.) 2. How do you charge (ie. do you bill insurance or bill the patient directly?) and how much do you charge per class? 3. How do you increase participation? The problem we have run into in the past is that we offered post-op classes before but very few people attended. We have thought about scheduling the class the same day as the follow-up appointments with the surgeon. We've also thought about offering free classes (not sure I want to promote this) as well as asking the surgeons to require attendance...does anyone have any other suggestions?
