Guest guest Posted March 8, 2012 Report Share Posted March 8, 2012 Listmates, Pt's PIP insurance (Farmers') is now claiming she's close to PIP limit just after 2 months of tx with no itemization of charges ever sent either from the local hosp or insurance company. Discovered yest 12/11 ER visit = $11,000 (!!!) which was pd by Farmers'. Does pt have legal recourse in this case???
