Guest guest Posted June 29, 2010 Report Share Posted June 29, 2010 I was wondering if anyone has had a gastric bypass patient (6 months post-op) who has low iron (25) and low TIBC (203)? Her Ferritin is WNL, however has declined from 3 months ago. Her albumin is slightly low at 3.3. Other than that, her labs look great. Any ideas or recommendations for how to treat this?
